Marco leads the architecture and delivery of Innat8’s core products, combining a background in web development with nearly a decade of front-of-house operations in the hospitality industry. Having worked in independent hotel and brands like Hilton, he brings firsthand insight into the challenges hotel teams face on the ground.
His approach ensures that every digital solution we build is intuitive, technically sound, and truly aligned with the needs of guests, staff, and operators alike.

Innat8 was born from a process of personal inquiry — not a market opportunity.
Before we built platforms or systems, we wrote Innov8 From Within — a book that explored how innovation can only scale outward when it begins inward.
What started as a guide for personal clarity became the philosophical foundation of our company. From that foundation, our values emerged. They continue to guide how we think, how we lead, and how we build — especially when the path ahead is complex.
